Ascending to the upper floor, I view the three bedrooms and full bathroom. The master bedroom has refinished hardwood floors, sunlight beaming in through the windows and an abundance of closet space. The two additional bedrooms are spacious and provide ample closet space. The hall bathroom showcases tile flooring, an expansive vanity, a linen closet and a stall shower. Before heading to the backyard, I take a quick look at all the storage space that the home has to offer. The basement and attached garage will allow me to store all my tools and equipment away safely. One of the reasons I love this home so much is the backyard, it is a dream! My home sits on over one and a half acres and it is so peaceful. I am envisioning building a deck or patio, hanging outdoor lights and maybe even building a garden! I also love that the mature trees will provide shade during the warm summer months. Another reason why I love this home is the convenient location. Nearby is the Upper Salford Park, Spring Mountain Ski Center, Lederach Golf Course, Henning's Market and so many shops and restaurants I can enjoy! I have found my own slice of paradise, and I can't wait to move in!
