We have new washer and dryer in there as well and tons of cabinet space. The coffee and wine bar was just added last year. We use it to store drinks in the fridge, as well as shelving for our coffee mugs and wine glasses. We also hand designed a wine rack to fit perfectly in the space. The floors are new downstairs and add a nice open flow to the home. Even the downstairs bathroom has an update in 2023 with new toilet and fixtures. During the pandemic, the basement was made into a lounge area for the kids at night and a place to work from home in the day time. The garden outside has been upgraded each year we lived here and think it is the ultimate space. We love to spend time at the bistro table talking, sharing a glass of wine and picking vegetables. The front porch is the best place for an early morning cup of coffee or glass of wine at night. The Edison lights and outdoor fan make it a perfect place to read a book, have a chat, watch the kids ride bike and play basketball in the cul de sac.
